What we collect
When you use a SayFate reading, we collect the answers you give us, such as your name, star sign, and your quiz choices. If you choose to receive your reading by email, we also collect your email address.
How we use it
Your answers are used to build your personal reading. Your email, if you give it, is used to send your reading and, only if you agreed, to send future readings and offers. You can stop receiving emails at any time by replying to any email and asking to be removed.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe handles your payment details under its own privacy and security standards.
Advertising and analytics
We use the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our ads. Meta may match information you type, like your name or email, with your Facebook or Instagram account to show better ads and measure results. You can control ad personalization in your Meta account settings.
Storage
Your quiz answers and reading are saved in your browser so your reading survives a page refresh. Anonymous usage data and readings are stored on our servers (Supabase) so we can improve the product.
What we never do
We never sell your personal data. We never send your reading or your answers to the other person. We never spam you without your agreement.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete your email or your saved data at any time. Write to hello@sayfate.com and we will do it within a reasonable time.
